The first visit is usually a catch-up. Most systems have gone a year or more without a service, so the filters and coils need real work and the visit runs longer. Once your system is on a rhythm, every visit after is at the lower ongoing rate.
Yes, any time and it costs nothing. Stop your visits from your account and we refund anything you have paid for that we have not done. Your membership is cancellable from your account too.
Yes. We work on the indoor units as well as the outdoor one, so we need access inside. Pick a morning or afternoon window and we will be there.
The Ducted plan covers one ducted system across all its zones. If you run splits as well, ring us and we will price the combination as one visit.
