Separately from the membership, at the member rate for your home size, when the visit happens. A medium home is $380 for the first carpet clean, then $315 a visit on your schedule after that.
The first visit is a catch-up. We are pulling out everything that has built up since the carpets were last done, so it takes longer. Once you are on a schedule the visits are quicker, which is why the ongoing rate is lower.
Stopping your carpet cleans costs nothing and we refund anything we have not done. The membership itself is cancellable from your account any time, no phone call needed.
Usually a few hours with some airflow. Commercial extraction pulls most of the water back out as we go, unlike hire machines that soak the underlay. You can walk on them in socks soon after we leave.
