No. As long as we can get to the pool, you do not need to be there. Your worker photographs the work every visit, so you can see it was done properly from the app.
Yes. Skip or move visits from the app at no charge, and if you stop your visits we refund anything we have not done. Your membership is cancellable from your account too, no phone call needed.
